Terms of service.

 

Fees are payable the day of your clean to be paid into our nominated bank account.

The customer must not, directly, or indirectly, engage, employ, or contract any of the Elite Professional Cleaning Services staff to provide for any period during which services are provided by Elite Professional Cleaning Services or for a period within 12 months after the conclusion of any Service.

Elite Professional Cleaning Services reserves the right to amend the initial quotation, should the client's original requirements change or upon inspection of the property. The quote we provide over the telephone, messenger or via email, is an estimate, without inspection, and based on information provided by the Client to Elite Professional Cleaning Services at the time of quotation and/or booking process. Subject to this clause, quotes are valid for a period of 30 days from the date of the quote.

Elite Professional Cleaning Services agrees to keep all customer’s information confidential.

Whilst all care will be taken, Elite Professional Cleaning Services will not be liable to the customer for damage above $1000, or any third party, for any:

o Loss or damage to any property or its contents from any cause.

o Breach of security.

o Loss of profit; and

o Incidental, indirect special or consequential loss or damage

The customer is solely responsible for providing all necessary utilities to Elite Professional Cleaning Services to fulfil their cleaning tasks - on site lighting, power, hot water. Elite Professional Cleaning Services is not responsible for incomplete work due to the above and the customer will be required to pay the original quoted fee in full.

Spring Cleans/Exit Cleans/One off Cleans: the customer may cancel the scheduled cleaning job at least 24 hours prior to the agreed start time. The customer agrees to pay a $80 cancellation fee per cleaner if they cancel or change the date/time less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment.

Spring Cleans/Exit Cleans/One off Cleans the Client must provide a photographic copy of your ID and pay-per-package options. Additional services will be invoiced.

The Customer agrees to pay a $50 fee per cleaner in the event of a lock-out caused by our cleaners being turned away; no one on site to let them in; or problem with customer's keys. If keys are provided, they must open the lock without any special efforts or skills.

Cleans occur between 9AM- 4PM. Given that each home we clean varies in the amount of time it takes to clean, we cannot guarantee an exact arrival/ departure time.

Elite Professional Cleaning Services has a minimum 2 hour clean.

The customer accepts and understands that poor service, breakage/damage, or theft must be reported within 24 hours from the service date. Failure to do so will entitle customer to no refunds or recovery cleanings.

Elite Professional Cleaning Services will provide all cleaning products and equipment (vacuum cleaner, mop, bucket) required to carry out the service, unless the customer wants to supply their own however this will not affect the fee.

We will discuss arrangements of how to access your home before your first clean. Clients generally provide a copy of the house key for the company which alleviates the need for the client to remember to leave out a hide-a-key or having to wait around to let us in each visit. Clients’ keys are labelled with a tag that contains only your name. You can be assured that all our cleaners have had thorough criminal background checks through our company. Keys will be returned if there is a cancellation of service.

Our employees are particularly important to us, and we are determined to keep them safe, so they do not use tall ladders or move anything heavy. These types of activities put our cleaners in danger of back injury or could even damage something in your home. If you would like us to clean behind appliances or furniture, please move it prior to the clean to allow access to the area.

Please do not “clean” before we arrive but do “pick up” as much as possible in areas you would like us to clean. This will allow us to focus more on detail and quality for you. If the house is very messy and you would like us to "tidy" for you there will be an additional charge.

If you are unable to pay for your clean, your bill will be passed onto a debt collection agency and the collection agency fee will be added onto the original invoice.Elite Professional Cleaning Services will not be responsible for paying for collections.

Oven cleans, fridge cleans and bedding changes will incur additional charges, please enquire for a quote.

We love them! But please secure the pets outside the house.

Due to Health and Safety Reasons, we are required to wear closed-toed, non-skid indoor shoes while cleaning, shoe covers will be worn while cleaning.
